How to contact for buying in wholesale?

For wholesale, you can send inquiry which you want to order from our website or you can order by visiting our Jaipur office.

How and when will the order be delivered?

Shipping time depends on your order quantity, specific item and ready stock. In case of large orders, we ship the goods in 7 to 10 days. If the order is in ready stock, we ship it in 1 to 2 days.

All items are shipped by courier which is delivered in 5 to 7 days. You get home delivery by courier. We provide you good courier facility like Gati, Safeexpress, VRL, DTDC, Blue Dart, FedEx, DHL etc...

International orders are shipped by FedEx, DHL or UPS.

How to track order delivery?

After dispatching your order we will send you courier link and tracking number so that you can track online anytime and be sure when your order will be delivered.

Packing & Safety

You can always rest assured about the packing and safety, we are here to provide you the best packing. Every item is packed only after checking it properly and every piece is packed properly. We use good quality box for packing so that the goods are delivered safely.

How to pay for the order?

We take the payment of every order from the bank only. You can pay through NEFT, RTGS or IMPS to our bank account mentioned below.

Cancellation & Refunds:

Cancellation of an order is possible only within 24 hours of placing order. Cancellation of an order is not possible if the order is shipped / if any customization is involved.
